We built a three-year growth strategy for a healthcare group preparing for IPO, establishing a new commercial function and creating a US$1.4bn international opportunity pipeline across five countries. Additionally, we worked with the board of an international business operating across EMEA to develop a regional expansion and medical tourism strategy.
Scaled growthÂ
We led a cross-functional team to secure four service contracts worth $270m with public sector organisations across four countries. We also developed go-to-market initiatives for an established SME with a single revenue stream, diversifying into three new sectors with potential first-year revenues of £0.6m.
Fixed stalling performance Â
For a medium-sized scale-up, we integrated market assessment, business development, tendering and contracting into a single commercial function, improving focus, accountability and performance. For a £20m SaaS business, we redesigned the sales structure, implemented a new sales and marketing plan, and increased revenue by 30% within six months.
Navigated transformation and changeÂ
We established a Global Alliances & Partnerships function for a £1bn+ SaaS group, delivering a transition plan to manage a diverse partner network, enhance services, and drive both lead generation and client retention. We developed and led a global business development programme across 450 salespeople, strengthening international collaboration and increasing revenues to more than £500m.
We led cross-functional teams spanning sales, engineering, manufacturing and marketing to develop and launch a portfolio of branded products for a major oil company. We created three global partnerships for a multinational group, generating new opportunities, protecting existing business and doubling joint corporate clients to more than 1,000, increasing revenue by 45%.
